This article is talking about how the Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper is stepping down just after 4 days of after the government said he gave an embattled Conservative lawmaker more than 90,000 Canadian dollars. This relates to Zugzwang because of on the first year of civic mirror the first prime minister stepped down pretty soon after being elected. http://www.whitehouse.gov/issues/taxes This article is discussing taxes in the United States. This relates to Zugzwang because in our government we to discuss taxes and if we should have high taxes to support others or have low taxes that would benefit ourselves instead of having money for welfare. In our government it was more of a 50, 50 when it came to taxes because of the fact that many people didn't want to be taxed to support other people when they could support themselves. I personally don't see anything wrong with helping someone else out and paying for a services that could do so. http://www.cpj.ca/en/content/poverty-canada In this article its going into more detail on the poverty in Canada and breaks it down to see exactly what it is, how to fix it and who it affects. In Zugzwang I believe there was poverty because not everyone in Zugzwang got the chance to get food, job, or shelter. In my first year I had nothing, no food no shelter and no job. I was basically poor. Things obviously got better but I believe it was in the 3rd year where farmers were refusing to give away food and was leaving many without any food. To me this was a clear sign of poverty to a certain extent. http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/s_to_u/sentencing_manual/fraud/ My last article is more of an over view on the charges that you can get with having a fraud case in the court house. In our court house of Zugzwang there was one fraud court case that was presented but it was more done with a purpose if you read into it. It was basically exposing our biased judge and jury members. All in all the ones who presented a "fraud court case" where charged for it and there on there was also put a law against fraud cases. This relates to the real word because there are fraud court cases and How could one person affect you to the point of a decision? Because decisions are based on our own thoughts, emotions and theories is it not? Why do we let the only thing that is truly OURS to be control by someone that probably doesn't mean a dam thing to us... Doesn't make sense to me..
Sometimes I wonder why I think the way I do and its all because of experiences.. The way I see is that every single thing is a chain reactions and that chain reaction is linked and formed by a main queen bee that affect every single one of its soldiers. Everything that we do or say can affect someone else and that's why some of the things that affect us is because of someone else... Chain reactions. Money is harder to manage then it looks. Its a piece of paper that opens doors to so many different possibilities and objects. For over a 2 years I struggled with managing my money and I'm going to be talking about how I got out of the deep slump that anyone can fall into. My top 3 tips to safe money follows with determination and patients. It isn't easy but its a skill I feel like teenagers should learn before getting a real job and living alone where the expenses grow and grow.
1. SET GOALS: ---> Set a goal for yourself. Half the time we spend money here and there without knowing it. It seems like it leaves easier and faster then receiving it. Truth is that when you set a certain goal that is realist and applies to your daily life style that it would be more approachable. Don't pretend that because your on this saving money kick that it will crush your temptation of buying something that you want or have a craving for like coffee or snacks. Set a real goal that you know you can follow through. For example, you can say to yourself, ok well this week I'm not going to go out for lunch and instead I'm going to bring snakes and a homemade lunch that I can eat from. It safes money and stress because your not feeling bad that your blowing off your money on things that you could have done yourself. 2. STICK TO A BUDGET: -----> Its really straight forward. There's no strings attached and it will make all the difference. Basically all you have to do is select a certain amount of money and not go over it. Its not rocket science but it can be harder then you think. I suggest to put all your money in an envelope but the amount you want and just keep it in a safe place at home. That way its out of your reach and isn't on something that you could use like a bank card. If your really good with restrictions then hold on, or put it in your bank account to keep it safe. I like to reward myself every time I stay within my budget just so I feel like it isn't such a chore and I get something out of it in the end. 3. LIST INCOME, SPENDING AND EXPEDIENCIES: ----> Its best when you know where your money is going right? Then why don't you just safe your reset's and that way you will know what your buying and where all your change is going. Sometimes we think we know where our money is going but truth be told that you could forget ever now and then. Its best to just keep a list of the things you buy so you know if you should be buying other things. It may be a challenge to remember but as you get in the habit of doing it, it will come easier and easier. Those are my tips to help manage your money, hope it helped and hope you tried them out for yourself!
Today in my teacher projected a documentary about jobs. This documentary was interesting because it was about our generation and how the jobs that we are training for are getting farther and father away from arms length. This seriously caught my attention because I was no unaware of it.
When I was little, my parents told me that the main goal up to the point of being 18+ is to good excellent in school, get a great education and then graduate to go to college or university and then go off and get a well paid job. That's what I grew up thinking everyone did. I grew up thinking that if you did exactly that, that you were going to live a very comfortable life style. Depending on what I wanted to go into it would have still lead to a comfortable middle class life style that everyone is used to now a days. Little did I know that my future was going to be at risk. Its outstanding to know that even if you get a degree in a field that the job isn't a 100 % attainable. You would think that if you didn't have any degree in any field that getting a job wouldn't be attainable but even with a degree its still hard to get a job. That's pretty twisted. Knowing that you might be jobless when your older is extremely alarming. In my opinion I feel like we need to stop with the books and start with the actual work to have experience that will benefit us in the future with our career that we are trying to reach. If you think about it, the reason why people aren't getting a job is because of the lack of experience. Think of it like this, would you rather have a doctor operate on you with a lot of book knowledge but no experiences or a doctor with a lot of experience? Anyone would pick the doctor with the experience because it would just make more sense. Overall something needs to change so that when we get older we will have a good future for our future children.

You don't have to watch the video, but just listen to the words that are being preached and tell me how you feel after. This is the kind of words that any children, teenager, adult, and elder need to hear. Men and women. Doesn't matter.. The message being sent hit me hard, hard enough to make me reflect on my life and question myself a bit. Test myself. Discover myself. We all have the potential to live our dreams and those who choose to do so will always be on top. In the video 2 quotes really stuck with me and it was "you have to believe that something different can happen, he who says who can and he who says he can't are both usually right" and "now most of you say you want to be successful but you don't want it bad, you just kinda want it, you don't want it bad but you want to party, you don't want it as much as you want to be cool.. most of you don't want success as much as you want to sleep." I couldn't even take it in because of how real those words were. Real enough to make me put in on repeat.. Imagine how life would be if we lived up to those standards that we put up. Just think about it for a bit.
